ProcessingOrder processing times+

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within the timeframe stated on the product listing, in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During busy periods — including sale seasons and new collection launches — processing times may be slightly extended. Made-to-order, bespoke, and pre-order items require additional time as each piece is crafted specifically for you.

ShippingShipping rates & delivery times+

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are displayed before you confirm your order.

For orders placed via Instagram or WhatsApp, delivery timeframes will be communicated directly by our team at the time of order.

Please note that all delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including adverse weather, customs processing, or unforeseen disruptions — may occasionally affect timelines.

CouriersOur courier partners+

We primarily ship with DHL and Royal Mail, chosen for their reliability and wide delivery network. In certain circumstances we may also use DPD or another trusted carrier — this is rare, but we will always ensure your order is handled with care regardless of which service is used.

The courier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your dispatch notification, along with your tracking details.

TrackingTracking your order+

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information and a direct link to follow your parcel's journey.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier directly. If you have questions about your parcel's location or status, the courier's tracking portal is the fastest way to get up-to-date information.

DeliveryLost, stolen or damaged parcels+

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Anara London Ltd is not liable for parcels that are subsequently lost or stolen. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your order.

If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will assist you in raising a claim with the courier.

ModificationsAddress changes & order amendments+

Address changes or other order amendments can only be accommodated within 5 hours of placing your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, no further modifications can be made. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be resent.

ResponsibilityCustomer responsibilities+

To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please make sure you have provided accurate shipping and contact details, are available to receive your parcel or have arranged for someone to do so, and are prepared to pay any applicable customs duties or import taxes required by your local authorities.

In the event of any import-related queries or delays, please liaise directly with the courier or your local customs office. Failure to collect, accept, or settle applicable duties may result in the order being returned, and any associated costs will be passed on to the customer.

🇬🇧   I am ordering within the UK+

For customers within the United Kingdom, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout. There are no additional charges to pay on delivery — what you see is what you pay.

🌍   I am ordering internationally+

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The prices shown do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in your country. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and must be paid upon delivery to release your parcel.

Anara London Ltd has no control over customs assessments or the fees charged. We encourage all international customers to familiarise themselves with their country's import regulations before placing an order.

If an order is returned due to non-payment or refusal of customs duties, the return shipping cost will be added to any reshipment charges. Orders will not be resent until all outstanding costs have been settled.

If a customs charge seems incorrect or unreasonable, please contact the courier or your local customs office directly — we are unfortunately unable to intervene in these assessments.
